We are a 501c(3) non profit organization with the purpose of supporting and promoting amateur radio activities in all ways from training/licensing to public service. Our clubhouse operates multiple HF radios with two tower-mounted HF antennas, all of which can be remotely operated by club members. In addition, we have an AREDN mesh system on our tower, a Winlink VHF ground station, and an APRS iGate.We are also building an AMSAT/ARISS ground station at the clubhouse. Our club hosts the annual Cowtown Hamfest the third weekend of January, participates in Field Day and Ham Radio Fox Hunts, conducts monthly tech talks, and regular gear "build-a-thons."
