Description:

The Radio Amateurs of Greater Syracuse (RAGS) is an ARRL affiliated Amateur Radio Club serving the Central New York area. The Club was incorporated in 1955. We provide fellowship, technical advice, and public service communications to promote and support amateur radio in our community. Many of our members are involved in Emergency communications work (ARES, RACES) and participate in local, regional, and national traffic nets. We welcome both Hams and non-Hams and provide mentorship to those new to the hobby.

In addition, we support the Amateur Radio Station (K2MST) at the Museum of Science and Technology (MOST) in downtown Syracuse.
