TUARC K3TU s designated by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) of the College Engineering at Temple University as an Undergraduate and Graduate Laboratory, licensed by the Federal Communication Commission for Amateur Radio wireless and satellite data communication. TUARC is a campus organization for students, acuklty, staff and alumni for technical experimentation, emergency preparedness within Philadelphia County and international fellowship.
