Additional Information: *** Tentative - Class will be held if 16 or more people register by November 1, 2024 *** YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE at K4VRC.com (“Interest in becoming a ham” tab) Classes are free and open to public. You are expected to read all of the ARRL General Class License Manual 9thEdition - July 2023 to June 2027 before the first class. Class will meet once a week for seven weeks followed by a License Exam. This will be a good class for those who never liked science or math classes in school as workarounds, tips and hints are part of the course. Most weeks cover one chapter of the ARRL General Class License Manual 10th Edition (July 2023 to June 2027). Prior to class you are expected to re-read the assigned chapter, watch KE0OG video(s) and take practice tests. The material you studied during the week is reviewed using graphics and examples to help you understand and remember. Class discussion is encouraged!
