Additional Information: This class is being offered through the evening adult education program of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School. Registration and tuition is through OCVTS, not the instructor. In addition to preparation for the Technician licensing exam, a number of additional HAM related topics will be presented which are of interest to a newly licensed HAM such as how to properly enter a net, how to select a first radio, how to overcome "Mic fright" etc.. There is ample time with each topical presentation for additional hands on learning and practical application when appropriate to the topic.
