Hello, I have tried two different accounts, one @mac.com and another @gmail.com but when I send a test email to W3VN@arrl.net, the test email doesn't ever show up in my inboxes. I don't get a bounce back error message, either. I have checked the box to opt-in to forwarded email on the profile page. Help! |

I'm sorry you have experienced this difficulty. I have forwarded your trouble to our IT department. In the future, it would be best for you and other members to call Headquarters if this problem occurs. The Lab is the only department that regularly monitors the forums and we get to them when we can, but calling is faster. 860-594-0200. Thank you. Bob Allison WB1GCM |

Hello W3VN, After looking into the issue you seem to be setup properly in our system. Here are my suggestions and some information on the forwarding service. You cannot send a test message to yourself. That means you cannot send from xxxxxxxxcook@mac.com to w3vn@arrl.net and expect the message to fall back into your xxxxxxxxcook@mac.com inbox. You must send the test message from an alternate account not from the same e-mail that is set as your destination. Also, please make sure to check the junk/spam folder. Sometimes mailings do automatically fall into those folders. Make sure that you do not have xxxxxxxxcook@mac.com forwarding to another address. Having two forwards setup in a single e-mail chain usually yields undesirable results. I am going to send a test message to your w3vn@arrl.net account now.
