More prominent display of Amateur's Code on ARRL Web Site?

K3FU Joined: Apr 4th 1998, 00:00 Total Topics: 0 Total Posts: 0	Something that disappeared after the conversion of the ARRL Web Site to a new platform was a prominent, plain-text, version of the ARRL's Amateur's Code by Paul Segal, W9EEZ: http://web.archive.org/web/20100131043828/http://www.arrl.org/acode.html I specified an archive.org link above because the original link at arrl.org returns a 404 error (not found) without any redirection. I was disappointed to see that many such broken, non-redirected, links were introduced by the site conversion (A-1 Operator's Club was another), but this was the one that I thought was the most significant loss. I wrote to the ARRL Webmaster some time back, and had gotten a reply that someone would look into it, but never heard back further. Searching the ARRL Web Site via Google just now for the Amateur's Code shows it included in this IARU document in PDF format: http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Get%20Licensed/1-Eth-operating-IARU-ENGLISH-version3-2010.pdf but it's in PDF format, and is not as prominently stored and displayed at the ARRL Web Site. Is there any interest in returning a brief, plain-text, prominently displayed copy of the Amateur's Code to the ARRL Web Site in the future? TNX ES 73, Paul, K3FU

NE1LL Joined: Apr 4th 1998, 00:00 Total Topics: 0 Total Posts: 0	I print this out and add in each packet I hand out in Licensing classes. Not to be "gramar police" here but is the a "stylebook" to write a SK callsign? While W9EEA is not a current license is W9EEA/SK proper.
