Loop Antenna Help

I have installed a loop antenna for my station. It is 160 ft long, about 10 ft in the air. It is connected to the station by 450 ohm ladder line to the tuner. Problem is that my SWR on the antenna is very high (>31) on 80 meters. I hear stations great. I have seen articles on extending the antenna electrically I think using coils. I connect extend any farther. My Property size is limited. Appreciate any suggestions. 73 Mike - N7ZEF |
