Register - To register you must be logged in to the ARRL website, as either a member or guest, by using the "Login" button on the top of each page (or click here). If you are not already a member or guest you can set up an online account

Withdraw - If you have registered for an ARRL online course and would like to withdraw, submit the form below:

- The Learning Center (LC) platform is hosted apart from our main www.arrl.org website. You may want to allow cookies and cross-site tracking, so the LC does not require your login credentials repeatedly. Cross-site tracking selections and cookie options can be found in your web browser's settings. You may have to use a search engine to determine how your individual settings can be configured.
